- If for any reason your order arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered then we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. In this case please email us on my-little-halo@hotmail.co.uk
explaining the problem with the goods received and wait to be contacted with furthur instructions.We will NOT however refund or exchange if the item(s) do not fit correctly, therefore we ask you to please make sure you order the right size for you, judging by the SIZING CHART
Other circumstances where we will not be able to offer a refund include customers just changing their mind, don't like/want the item or in the case of customers buying for a specific event, if the item(s) arrive after the date desired.
If you are still concerned about the sizing or would prefer an item to be made to your custom measurements, then please email my-little-halo@hotmail.co.uk
and we will be happy to do so.IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM(s):
*It must be returned within 14 days of the date it was received
*It must be in excellent and clean condition
*It must be sent back in the protective wrapping it arrived in, so that it doesnt get damaged in the mail.
*Sorry but we will NOT refund any postage costs
