Most items are dispatched first class within 3-5 business days, however where possible items may be dispatched sooner. If in the rare circumstance that dispatch will take longer than 5 business days, you will be contacted and kept updated on the whereabouts of your order. All UK orders will be sent by first class royal mail and overseas orders by airmail.

My Little Halo Alternative Clothing will not offer refunds for any items except in circumstances where incorrect/faulty items are received and returned. A specific sizing chart is viewable on sizing and product pages of the website to ensure that customers choose the correct size as they will be unable to exchange items for a different size without a cost.

All faulty/incorrect items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and must be in excellent and clean condition and carefully packaged to avoid accidental damage during transport. Please note, we will be unable to cover the cost of postage for returned items.

If for any other reason customers wish to return an item(s), after email correspondence customers wishing to return an item(s) will be issued a store credit note for the cost of the returned item(s) to be spent at any time in our online store before it’s expiry 6 months after issue date.
